If you are experienced in the field of Sales/Marketing & Sales - Corporate with a minimum degree of Bachelor's/College Degree, professional, honest and disciplined in work, we look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.

The average starting salary we can offer you is in the range of ₱50,000 - ₱70,000. If you have credibility beyond the minimum criteria we are looking for, the provisions regarding the average initial salary we offer may change according to our company HRD agreement.

Account Manager for the Solid Surface Industry

Location: Quezon City

For the building, architectural and interior design industries, our company is a vibrant and growth-oriented supplier of high-quality solid surface materials. A seasoned account manager is needed to join our enthusiastic team.

You will play a key role on our team as an Account Manager, managing and developing connections with our clients in the building, architectural and interior design sectors. Working with a variety of clientele will provide you the chance to deliver top-notch customer service while establishing enduring connections with them. Also, you will oversee finding fresh business opportunities, coming up with creative sales tactics, and hitting sales targets.

Important Duties

  • Create and maintain long-lasting connections with our clients in the construction, architectural, and interior design sectors by offering them first-class support and customer service.
  • Recognize the requirements of the client, then provide solutions that are specifically tailored to their requirements.
  • Create and implement engaging and original sales methods to meet sales goals and find fresh business prospects.
  • To ensure prompt product delivery to customers, work with other departments including logistics and by visiting fabrication site.
  • Meet and exceed sales quota and provide compelling sales reports and give management regular updates on sales performance.
  • To network and market the business and grow and maintain your pipeline.
  • Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role, minimum of 3 years’ experience ideally in the building, architectural or interior design sectors. Experience in solid surface industry is an advantage.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities, self-driven and competent to work on their own.
  • Solid experience with MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field.
