We have specific requirements for each of our employees as well as potential workers, because we are a professional and knowledgeable business in the field we work in. We are interested in hearing from you as soon as possible if you have expertise in the fields Accounting/Finance & General/Cost Accounting and possess a Bachelor's/College Degree or higher.
We offer you a fairly competitive salary that can be adjusted depending on the credibility you can contribute to our company. It typically ranges from ₱40,000 - ₱60,000 and likely to change at any time. This salary negotiation must be agreed based on our company's HRD agreement.

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Must have a strong grasp of Accounting principles
Must have good supervisory and leadership skills
Must be able to provide an accurate interpretation and evaluation of financial data and its analysis
Must be able to operate in strategic and operation levels
Must be able to understand accounting practices and standards, governmental regulations and laws related to business
Exceptional knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, cost accounting and cost control principles and generally accepted accounting principles
Advance knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting best practices, laws, standard, and state/national regulations.
Job Description:
Establish and enforce accounting procedures, systems and controls
Ensure continuous business operations with timely compliance of governmental requirements or requirements of other agencies
Improves systems and procedures and initiates corrective actions
Manage and train accounting staff and supervise their activities
Provide technical training to staff

Our company is Asia Pacific Aqua Marine, Inc.
We are a manufacturer of Convenience Food Products. Our plant is based in Roxas City, Capiz in Panay Island. Roxas City is one of our country's Seafood Capitals. A lot of seafoods and Seashells are sourced from there. The land is also fit for growing milkfish. It has a vast expanse of land with brackish water fit for fish ponds.
In year 2002 the company started as a fishing company in Iloilo City. With the owner's interest in Spanish Sardines, slowly when an opportunity came up, it eventually shifted into canning in 2008.
Our current goal is to grow further in the Luzon Market. We have decided to set-up a satellite office in Makati to help serve the Luzon market. We are currently selling in Visayas, specifically Panay and Negros. The market is smaller compared to Luzon, that is why the company needed to expand into Metro Manila and Luzon Market.
Our products are canned goods and pouched food.
We are looking for the right people to join us in our mission to bring the products into the right market.
Our brand name is Capitan Del Mar which means "Captain of the Sea".
We process canned Milkfish, Sardines and Mackerel.
