We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Accounting Staff. For those of you who live in Marikina City and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, Megason Diagnostic Clinic, and able to under a full time working hours.

Job Description
Megason Diagnostic Clinic was established in July of 1992. The first branch was opened in Sampaloc, Manila; it initially offered diagnostic ultrasound service but because of the patients’ demand for other diagnostic modalities, x-ray, laboratory and ECG were made available. Pre-employment and annual medical examinations were also included in the line of services. One of the first clients was Chowking Food Corporations of which pre-employment medical examination was one of the services rendered.
The following year saw another opportunity to open a branch in Makati City; it also offered the same services as the one in Manila. The old location was in second floor of an old building along Pasong Tirad, Barangay Tejeros and later on transferred to J.P. Rizal Avenue near corner Pasong Tamo to make it more convenient for the patients, especially the elderly and the pregnant ones. It boast of a regular number of referring doctors from the nearby areas covering Makati City and parts of Sta. Ana, San Andres and Paco, Manila.
Other branches soon followed: Mandaluyong branch located at Boni Ave which is in front of Mandaluyong City Medical Center, Quezon City branch located at Novaliches and another branch in Barangay Comembo, Makati City near Pateros. A branch in Laguna has been added in Sta. Rosa. Another clinic was opened in Lipa City, Batangas though under another name, Megalab, which caters to the Southern Tagalog region. Later, Megason chain of diagnostic clinic was added up in Barangay Dolores, Taytay, Rizal which is called Megason-Link Diagnostic Clinic, a sister company of Megason. This caters to the residents of Taytay and nearby towns like Cainta and Angono Rizal. Two branches soon followed: one in Alabang, Muntinlupa and one in Masinag, Antipolo City.
This 2008, two more branches were recently opened under another name which is People’s Choice Diagnostic Center and Polyclinic located at Anonas, Quezon City and Lower Bicutan, Taguig, sister company of Megason. At present, it has a total of eleven outlets which are strategically situated to cover Metro Manila and Southern Tagalog.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the follow-up and collections of past-due Accounts Receivable through calling, emailing, texting, and reaching out to clients
- Preparing documents for bank-related transactions
- Preparing payroll system, BIR process and compliance
- All other duties and responsibilities that the management may require from time to time
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy is highly advantageous
- At least 1 – 2 years experience working in a similar position
- Strong communication skills including listening actively, expressing oneself in a clear and concise manner, and appropriate written communication skills
- Information management skills including collecting, reviewing, and monitoring required information
- Sound decision-making skills including using good judgment and logical processes to arrive at an appropriate decision
- Takes initiative and has strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent public relations skills including courteousness, tact, and good verbal communications
- Highly organized and strong attention to detail while able to see the big picture
- Excellent coordination and logistics skills
- Ability to make decisions without closed supervision, and must be accurate, efficient, and capable of handling detailed work assignments
- Proven ability to work independently and self-motivated
- Ability to maintain self-control and complete tasks with frequent interruptions
- Can start immediately and be amenable to work in Marikina City.
