Position : Accounting VA
Working Schedule : M – F , 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
Holidays: US or PH Holidays
Salary Range: USD 900–100 / month
About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Internal Accountant to add to our growing company. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate property/tenant data within our property management software, processing payables/receivables, assisting in core needs for acquiring properties, and much more! We are a tight-knit team and strive to build productivity and efficiency.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate data entry for properties and tenants
- Process and post charges for tenants’ utility bills that are sub-metered
- Complete monthly bank reconciliations
- Input bills within the property management system
Requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required, preferably some college experience
- Accounting and data entry experience
- Must have excellent organization skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in excel and strong computer skills
- Prior experience in real estate
- Experience working with AppFolio Property Management
