We need you to fill the position as Accounts Administrator - Australian Account for our office.
This position requires a full time working hours system which domiciled in Makati City & Pampanga (Angeles City) and its surroundings.

The starting salary we can offer is in a range from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000, this salary range that we offer is negotiable can change at any time according to our HRD's decision depending on the capability of the candidate can offered for our company.

The Accounts Administrator reviews and analyses account statements manages deposits, and resolves bank discrepancies and financial disputes.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receiving invoices from suppliers and checking with purchase order/contract information
- Checking and analyzing invoices to ensure that invoices are entered in the relevant company and are coded to the right account
- Managing email inbox replying to and directing queries as required
- Liaising with ASIC and ATO
- Phone calls with ATO if necessary
- Other Ad hoc duties
- Background in an administration role for no less than 2 years.
- Knowledge & experience in at least one accounting software (Xero & Workflow max)
- English Fluency with excellent Written & Verbal Communication
- Proficient in Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets) & MS Office
- Experience in working in an integrated, remotely based team environment
- Proven ability to absorb new business terminology & processes
- Proven ability to work in a flexible, fast-paced, collaborative environment.
