We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of ADMIN/OFFICE ASSISTANT - PARAÑAQUE. We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Job Description:

  • Admin Clerk will call customers to check payment availability for all cash on delivery shipments
  • Admin Clerk will monitor all paid and unpaid COD shipments and do necessary next steps base on procedure.
  • Admin Clerk will create reports to monitor all shipment details.
  • Admin Clerk will be assigned other tasks under Operations Dept.


  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PPT)
  • With experience at least 6 months or more
  • With knowledge in Logistics Facet and with Accounting Background
  • Ability to learn fast and to multitask
  • Willing to be assigned in Parañaque

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From Php570.00 per day

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Pasay City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
