As a competent company, we KOREA SME BUSINESS CENTER CORP are looking for candidates for the position of admin services supervisor with full time work system. We are looking for candidates who uphold honesty and discipline at work, with minimum criteria Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree & Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), experienced in Accounting/Finance & General/Cost Accounting and domiciled in Makati City and surrounding areas.
Our company offers competitive salary that can be adjusted to how skilled the capability of interested candidates will be, with monthly base salary ₱28,000 - ₱30,000 in accordance with the decisions of our company's HRD.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably with exposure to accounting, purchasing, or inventory control responsibilities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage financial records, purchasing documentation, and inventory data accurately.
- Proficiency in using accounting software, spreadsheet applications, and inventory management systems.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
- Familiarity with purchasing processes, including supplier management and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of inventory control principles and techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in using productivity tools and software, such as Microsoft Office suite.
Duties and Responsibilities
Accounting:
- Assist with financial record-keeping, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders.
- Reconcile financial transactions and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements.
- Assist with budget preparation and monitoring.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
Purchasing and Inventory Control
- Coordinate the procurement process, including sourcing suppliers and obtaining price quotes.
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure accurate documentation.
- Monitor and track orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve issues and ensure satisfactory service.
- Maintain purchasing records and update inventory management systems.
- Assist with inventory forecasting and planning.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Implement inventory control procedures to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to manage stock levels effectively.
Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support, such as answering phone calls, managing emails, and scheduling appointments.
- Organize and maintain documents, files, and records related to accounting, purchasing, and inventory control.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives related to accounting, purchasing, or inventory control.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational efficiency and process improvement.
