In this role, you will:
- Provide analytics support, coordination, and reporting of S&OP across all plant sites.
- Provide daily KPI metrics reporting such as inventory management, backlog, service levels, etc.
- Review and update pre-S&OP slide decks based on the required changes to align with organizational goals.
- Ensure Submission of Forecast Average Daily Usage and Plan for Every Part Suggestions for Safety stock and SLD Code.
- Ensure all existing documents are updated and new processes are documented.
For this role, you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Purchasing, or other Engineering or Management related fields.
- 2.5 years of related experience in S&OP and Supply Chain.
- Profound understanding of the data under analysis, focusing on ensuring the right balance of accuracy and completeness with the timely delivery of required information.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency (Level 2).
- Proficiency in other Microsoft Office programs such as PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
