We are hiring for the position of BANCASSURANCE SALES EXECUTIVE (MAKATI, TAGUIG, ALABANG, MANILA AREA) with full time working hours for our company office, BPI-AIA Life Assurance Corp., for residents of Manila City, Makati City, Muntinlupa City, Taguig City, Quezon City, Pasay City, Misamis Oriental (CDO), Pampanga (Others) & Davao and its neighboring areas.
Candidates with expertise in Sales/Marketing & Sales - Financial Services and at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or higher are highly needed. The candidates criteria we are looking for must be trustworthy and disciplined, because our business values a professional and competitive work environment.
Our company provides a competitive salary range of ₱16,000 - ₱23,000, which can be adjusted at the discretion of HRD in our company. This range naturally varies depending on how proficient the candidate credibility can be offered.

- BPI-AIA LIFE ASSURANCE CORPORATION IS LOOKING FOR BANCASSURANCE SALES EXECUTIVE (BSE).
Position Objective:
Responsible for offering product solutions on financial needs of BPI customers to ensure achievement of individual and company targets and KPIs.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Promote and maintain the reputation of both BPI and Philam Life
Solicit new business, cross-sell and up-sell identified BPI-Philam products to the bank’s customer base
Establish, maintain and grow relationships with the bank officers and staff in the branch/es they are assigned to for the purposes of generating bancassurance leads and bancassurance business
Establish, maintain and grow relationships with prospective and existing clientele; Perform customer service and business conservation activities
Act as a liason between the customer and our back office for policy servicing and claims
Submit required reports on time
Provide timely field intelligence on products, marketing campaigns, competitors and the bank partner that will affect bancassurance business
Report and meet weekly with Bancassurance Area Manager, Branch Manager/s and Relationship Manager/s for production updates and marketing campaigns and other related matters.
Perform other tasks as may be required by immediate superior for the purposes of bancassurance business
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any course
- Preferably with at least 1 year experience in sales or any customer oriented industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
- Computer savvy
