Candidates who are domiciled in Taguig City and its surroundings and meet these following minimum criteria:
- Qualification: Bachelor's/College Degree
- Experienced in Accounting/Finance & Banking/Financial
- Behave in a disciplined, honest, responsible, and professional manner in the work environment.
The initial salary that we can offer is quite competitive with a range of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000. If the credibility and experience that the candidate has exceeds the minimum criteria we need, the salary can change and adjusted according to the decisions of our company's HRD agreement.

Key Job Functions
Data entry
- Using Aggregator CRM (Infynity) input loans
- Use of data collection systems
- Familiair with Apply Online (AOL)
- Familiar generating Statements of Credit Assistance (SOCA)
- Familiar with Settlement Agents processes (eg: PEXA), Australian mortgages
- Ordering of valuations and downloading property reports
Deal Assessment
- Serviceability Worksheets/Calculators – Able to input and understand the results
- Funding Tables to determine LVR and security & Funds To Complete
- Document Verification including Employer Checks
- Provide lender options to broker
- Understand Compliance regime as a Mortgage broker
Bank Liaison
Following up banks for –
- Application progress
- Pricing requests
- Deal escalations
- Documentation
- Settlement bookings
- AD-hoc requests – i.e. discharge, loan amendments etc
Mandatory & Ideal Candidate:
- Ability to understand AUS payslips (mainly) – Important
- Small understanding of Self Employed financials in Aus.
- Familiar with AOL (Apply Online)
- Familiar with other aggregation platforms INFYNITY or similar Sales trekker, Podium, Mercury etc)
- Ability to critically assess information being submitted to lenders and cognitive understanding of bank responses. They don’t need to know the answer, they will just need to be able to identify and escalate to us for our response.
- Team player and not afraid to get on the phone and speak with us to ask questions to aid understanding or check on file progress.
- Has solid understanding of the subject matter
- Self motivated

- Self-starter
- Self-confident
- College graduate prefer but not essential
