We are hiring for candidates in the residents of Laguna (Others) and the surrounding regions, we are open recruitment for the positions as Business Intelligence & Reporting Officer | Laguna in our business office, Ubiquity.

We can offer you a salary that is generally between ₱40,000 - ₱50,000, which is competitive and reasonable. But no need to be worry! - Someone who has a solid Netspend background to be able to tie things together on the nature of the reports across all channels and sources.
- Able to spot and identify incorrect or pressing data trends for further deep dive of the QA team.
Business Analytics
- Success Measures Insights and Analytics (for SBR, TNA and Upskilling Refreshers)
- Data-Based Insights on Key Drivers for our Major KPIs that our QA team cannot provide
- Key Databank Personnel to both Voice and Backoffice who will help keep track of the true performance drivers
- Conduct Correlation Regression analysis to test any hypothesis on performance drivers.
- Have in depth knowledge on NS and SBR- so he/she knows what where to look at on data.
- Can provide purposeful insights based on what is showing on the data and provide strong recommendation on call types to prioritize.
- Can analyze different data sets on segments and call types – able to point out on what to track and identify success measures in SBR
- Background on different techniques on statistics to come up with analysis – lead and lag
