Job Objective:
The Business Product Specialist works with the Business Product Officer. He/she is responsible that the product is on its optimum performance thru data analysis and product design and process streamlining. Assisting the Product Owner in conceptualizing, developing, and managing new products, alongside the enhancement of existing products.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Improving the development of existing products thru in-depth data analysis using statistical tools
- Product recommendations and suggestions to increase revenue
- Answering all system and product related questions
- Resolving customer’s product issues
- Ensures all claims of Insurance were processed within the target SLA.
- Maintains the quality of Insurance process and coordinates to the Branch for any enrollment discrepancies
- Communicates all insurance related issues to the Insurance provider.
Qualifications:
- With at least 2 years in field related to insurance. Have knowledge with actuarial science, market research (feasibility studies, business process studies), Management, Accounting, Statistics (descriptive) can be an advantage.
