We can offer you a salary that is generally between ₱28,000 - ₱55,000, which is competitive and reasonable. But no need to be worry! Job Description:

SB Virgam Solutiones is seeking a motivated and skilled Case Manager with a strong sales background to join our dynamic team. As a Case Manager – Sales, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client cases while also driving sales and promoting our products and services. This role requires excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of client cases and ensure timely and effective resolution of their needs and concerns.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Conduct sales activities, including prospecting and client presentations, to promote and sell our services.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including customer service, operations, and marketing, to ensure seamless client experience and optimal service delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare reports, sales forecasts, and other documentation as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, including lead generation, cold calling, and closing deals.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Experience in the Finance Industry is a plus.
