This role is responsible for the implementation, delivery and evaluation of Lüp Events. This role is the main conduit between the organizer and the greater Lup team ensuring all events are configured and allocated correctly.

Key Responsibility Area

  • Facilitate handover of Master Service Agreements from Sales Team
  • Create Event Estimates for Client Approval
  • Post Event Invoicing and reporting
  • Ensuring events are delivered in accordance with the agreed contract and timeframes
  • Ensure outstanding communication with the event organizer before, during and after the event
  • Ensuring the greater Lup team are aware of their responsibilities and timeframes to ensure the successful delivery of the event
  • Acting as the primary day-to-day contact for relevant accounts, ensuring all updates and queries are attended to in a timely manner
  • Oversee all aspects of the event from start to finish, while adhering to Lüps systems and procedures to a high standard
  • Delegate relevant tasks along with project meetings to ensure timelines are met
  • Maintain a solid rapport with Event Organisers to ensure return business
  • Ensure online aspects of the event are accurately set up prior to launch and maintained to meet Organisers requirements
  • Determine what type of equipment is required to deliver the services
  • Prepare equipment, arrange delivery and return and manage the condition and stock levels
  • Ensure the event has printed tickets/badges ready for show time, including:

  • Collecting the desired artwork.
  • Coordinating with our designer and the Organisers.
  • Coordinating with the printing company.
  • Meeting deadlines to ensure the stock is delivered in accordance with the logistical requirements.
  • Confirm deposit and final invoice details with organisers and Lup Finance Team
  • Ensuring the events are delivered in accordance with the customer agreement
  • Ensure outstanding communication with the event organiser before, during and after the event
  • Travelling regularly throughout Australia and potentially other countries
  • Work frequently on weekends and some public holidays
  • Ensure our services are being continually improved to exceed the customers’ ever-increasing expectations

Essential

  • Be available to work frequently on weekends, outside ordinary business hours and some public holidays.
  • Have a great work ethic, positive attitude outgoing personality and high attention to detail
  • Have the ability to work independently as well as in a team and have the ability to use initiative.
  • Must be able to travel interstate and international
  • At least 1-2 years experience in an event management role.
  • 3-4 years experience in customer focussed face to face role.
  • Demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Adequate understanding of common technologies (iPads, iPhones etc).

Desirable

  • High-level proficiency with MS Office and Google Suite of programs
  • 2 years minimum Event management experience
  • Ticketing and Registration experience
  • Consumer Trade and/or Agricultural show experience.
  • Software management experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php30,00.00 – Php42,00.00 per month
