About the Job:
- Direct hire with Client
- Permanent Work from home
● Provide high-quality and efficient sales presentations to customers.
● Maintain target levels of sales, productivity, and performance.
● Document customer interactions and account resolutions.
● Multi-tasks: listening, inputting data, probing, providing solutions, navigating through various screens while applying customer satisfaction techniques
● Build rapport and leverage client relationships with existing and potential clients with the goal of meeting clients’ needs.
● At least 1-3 years’ experience in any related field
● With experience working US or western markets
● Must have a GPA of 2.25 or higher
● Fresh graduates can be considered but must meet the GPA requirement
