We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Company Nurse - Pampanga. For those of you who live in Pampanga (Others) and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, BIG BOSS CEMENT, INC., and able to under a full time working hours.

If you have experience in the field of Healthcare & Practitioner/Medical Asst with at least Bachelor's/College Degree & Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), professional, honest, and disciplined, we will enthusiastically hearing from you to join our company.
We offer you the salary rates ranging from ₱20,000 - ₱22,000. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

The Company Nurse, under outsourced provider, is responsible for incorporating health promotion strategies to minimize accidents and teach workers about ways to be more responsible in the workplace. Coordinate health care services for injured workers and counsel workers about non-occupational injuries, as well as facilitate effective communication between injured workers and management. Ensure safety standards are met, and identify any potential safety hazards in the work environment.
Qualifications:
- Must be a Registered Nurse with at least two years’ experience in first aid treatment.
- Preferably with BOSH Training, but not required.
- With a Medical Background and knowledgeable about administering the right right treatment.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- With good communication skills and the ability to objectively explain concepts, policies, and ideas to employees with varying levels of knowledge.
- Good team player and ability to deliver positive results expeditiously.
- Must be willing to work on shifting schedule and be assigned in Porac, Pampanga.
