We can offer you a salary that is generally between ₱20,000 - ₱23,000, which is competitive and reasonable. But no need to be worry! JOB DESCRIPTION DETAILS
The Company Nurse / Healthcare Associate is responsible for the development and administration of efficient and professional operations of occupational health services. As a Company Nurse, you will assist, provide first-aid treatments, maintains medical records, examine and monitor employees.

- Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Employee Health Care
- Provides first aid treatments and proper medications to employees/clients as needed;
- Assists the Company Physician during the consultation of employees;
- Accompanies, observes, record and examines employees who are injured/sick as needed;
- Maintains medical and other related records of all employees;
- Check diagnostic test results and medical certificates
- Monitoring of absence patterns in terms of sick leaves, visitation and inventory of medicines and other necessary supplies on a monthly basis;
- Collaborates with Health and Safety Committee and Employment Engagement Section to develop programs and services;
Employee Benefits
- Coordinates and Process employees in regards with their HMO and group life insurance which includes enrollment and deletion.
- Assistance of their request when it comes to Company donations
Other Skills / Competencies Required:
- Ability to work efficiently, reliable, organized and can work across group or independently;
- Good level of critical thinking and decision making skills
- With communication and interpersonal skills
- Can maintain harmonious working relationship with co-workers, staffs, and external contacts.
- With knowledge in Microsoft Applications
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- A Licensed Nurse
- At least of two (2) years nursing experience in the related field.
- Willing to be assigned at our MAIN OFFICE (211 Bonny Serrano Rd., cor., 14th Avenue, Murphy, Cubao, Quezon City).
