For candidates who reside in Bulacan and its neighboring regions, we are looking for you to be a part of us and work in our company office, and able to labor under a system.
We have specific requirements for each of our employees as well as potential workers, because we are a professional and knowledgeable business in the field we work in. We are interested in hearing from you as soon as possible if you have expertise in the fields Engineering & Industrial Engineering and possess a Not Specified or higher.
We offer you a fairly competitive salary that can be adjusted depending on the credibility you can contribute to our company. It typically ranges from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 and likely to change at any time. This salary negotiation must be agreed based on our company's HRD agreement.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …
The Continuous Improvement Champion ensures strategic alignment with end-to-end Leads/Process Optimizers/Market Account Leads for service improvement roadmap and productivity initiatives for the Center. This resource will establish/implement a CI strategy following a common approach to deliver service improvement/process efficiencies, manage and engage all stakeholders, build and monitor progress of improvement initiatives, drive embedding of continuous improvement mindset and competency building strategy to support the business transformation of NBS Manila while delivering business Value for the Market. He / she will act as a single point of contact in the Center for all CI & PA initiatives.
ARE YOU A FIT?
- Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree course
- Must have a Green / Black Belt Lean Six Sigma Certification
- With a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the deployment of Continuous Improvement initiatives / projects
- An expert in stakeholder management highly adept to handle deployment processes
- Get work experience
