We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of COST ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE - SAN PEDRO. For those of you who live in Laguna (Others) and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, P.A. If you have experience in the field of Accounting/Finance & General/Cost Accounting with at least Bachelor's/College Degree, professional, honest, and disciplined, we will enthusiastically hearing from you to join our company.

We offer you the salary rates ranging from ₱13,000 - ₱18,000. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

JOB SUMMARY:

This position supports the department in accounting for actual construction & development preparation of monthly reports, and monitoring inventory.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·      Data gathering in preparation of the actual cost

·      Prepare a closed-out report; compare the actual cost to the budgeted cost.

·      Performs monthly closing of inventory for construction.

·      Prepare journal entries for the month end

·      Conduct monthly inventory accuracy for all construction materials warehouse.

·      Prepares monthly inventory accuracy

·      Prepare the monthly status of construction materials.

·      Perform an annual physical count inventory for construction materials, houses, and lots of inventory.

·      Preparation and submission of annual BIR requirements related to

·      Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Coordinate with other departments for other related tasks

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

·      Graduate of BS in Accountancy

·      With or without licensed.

·      Preferably with at least 1-2 years work-related experience in accounting functions, including -2 years exposure in a real estate company or manufacturing company

·      Proficient in computer skills — Microsoft Application (Excel. Word. PowerPoint)

·      Good verbal & written communication skills.

·      Decision-making skills, negotiation skills & listening skills.

·      Problem Solving / Analytical Skills
