We are offering a salary of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 for this position for interested candidates. However, this salary range can be negotiated and changed if the candidate's credibility exceeds our expectations and for sure, the agreement is adjusted to the policies of our company's HRD. We are currently in search of a self-driven CRM Manager to join our team.
As a CRM Manager, you will be responsible for developing various processes and policies that strengthens the relationship between Expo Centric and its customers. Manages sales pipeline and deals tracking. Collaborates with marketing team to develop effective promotional activity to optimize sales growth and customer retention. Ensures that our CRM system provides an effective sales funnel.
Responsibilities:
· Manages and programs our Database.
· Analyses data to inform business development and campaigns.
· Responsible for data management processes and policies
· Analyse customer behavior and measure its impact on business outcomes to update strategies.
· Collaborate with sales team to identify potential opportunities and develop plans to carry it out.
· Monitoring strategy implementation in real-time
· Creates new strategies to improve the customer experience based on data analysis generated by our CRM software and customer feedback.
· Collaborates with multiple business departments to develop and enhance customizations, optimizations, and best practices for the customer experience.
· Works closely with sales and marketing leaders to create opportunities to enhance the CRM platform and its integrated systems.
· Develops CRM procedures, training, processes, and implementation.
· Manages process documentations and reports preparation related to Operations Management
· Handles CRM management processes – creation and process improvement.
Key Skills
· Degree in Business Administration, or related field required.
· Exceptional organisation and time management skills.
· 3-5 years of experience in a commercial role or equivalent.
· Extensive experience HubSpot platform.
· Exposure within the Exhibition industry or similar preferred.
· Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and management skills.
· Detail-oriented and comfortable in fast-paced working conditions.
· A proven history of excellent time management skills and performance under pressure
· Strong problem-solving skills.
· Desire for continuous growth and development.
