For those of you who are interested to be a part of our company with the position of Customer Care Agent and able to work in the WFO (Work From Office) system with full time working hours.

We offer you a fairly competitive base salary of ₱26,000 - ₱28,000 in average and can be adjusted according to the capabilities that you offer for our company and have been negotiated under HRD agreement.

Minimum Qualifications:
● At least High School Graduate (old curriculum) / SHS Graduate (K-12)
● Can work onsite from 1pm – 10pm AEST Tuesday to Thursday and 3pm – Midnight
AEST Friday and Saturday.
● At Least 1 year experience in answering customer service calls is required.
● Above average english communication skills.
● Demonstrated experience following procedure in complex systems overlay (ie
multiple platforms)
● Ability to resolve customer intercom calls in at least 45s, and answer high volume of
parking intercom calls.
● Good control and resilience as customers are generally calling from the car park exit
and tend to be impatient.
● Take a high volume of parking intercom calls
● Ability to navigate multiple systems while talking on the intercom.
● Display a high level of resilience, remaining calm in high-pressure situations
● Amenable to shifting schedules
● Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment like Directory Assistance is
an advantage.
