Our company offers competitive salary that can be adjusted to how skilled the capability of interested candidates will be, with monthly base salary ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 in accordance with the decisions of our company's HRD.

JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible in all social media platform of Service Concern
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive and answer customers’ inquiries to hotline, online chat, and website inquiries;
- Answer incoming phone call or Facebook message according to script and schedule a sales/service appointment;
- Communicate with customers in order to respond promptly to the complaint related to services;
- Advising and consulting about customers’ advertising requirements;
- Participate in synthesizing, analysing and contributing ideas to improve and develop products and services;
- Coordinate with appropriate resource for resolution of urgent concerns;
- Follow up customer calls where necessary;
- Protect sensitive information that must not be disclosed to Clients/Non-Clients/Sellers;
- This is for Customer Service Hotline .
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree
- Customer Oriented, Trustworthy and Responsible
- Amenable to work from Monday to Saturday, 8:30AM to 5:30PM
