Position: Customer Service and Data Management Specialist
Schedule: M – F 10 AM – 7 PM PH Time
Salary Range: 800-1500 USD per month; willing to go higher for the right candidate

About the Job

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Customer Service and Data Management Specialist to join our team. This role primarily involves providing excellent customer service to our clients, along with data management and digital asset acquisition management tasks. As a Customer Service and Data Management Specialist, you will use various tools, including Discord, email, and live chat, to provide prompt and efficient customer service to our clients. (Note: Prior experience with Discord is a plus, but not necessary.)

In addition to customer service duties, you will also be responsible for data management tasks such as manually counting sales from the previous day, extracting lists of Stripe orders and searches, and cleaning data. You will also need to extract and sort lists and add data to a tracking sheet. The acquisition management responsibilities will include scraping data, bidding for assets in auctions, monitoring and manually adding purchases and pre-orders to sheets.

As a Customer Service and Data Management Specialist, you will be expected to work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. You will need to be proficient in using tools such as Hubspot, Excel, Sheets, and Google Analytics. You will also be required to confer with engineers regarding certain customer queries.

Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries through Discord, email, and live chat
  • Building templates for frequently asked questions
  • Issuing refunds and handling customer complaints
  • Manually counting sales/types of sales from the previous day
  • Extracting lists of Stripe orders/searches and cleaning data
  • Extracting/sorting lists and adding data to the tracking sheet
  • Scraping data and bidding for assets in auctions
  • Monitoring and manually adding purchases and pre-orders to sheets
  • Working with engineers to address specific customer queries
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and data management tasks

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in using tools such as Hubspot, Excel, Gsheets, and GAnalytics
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Experience using Discord, email, and live chat for customer service
