We are offering a salary of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 for this position for interested candidates. However, this salary range can be negotiated and changed if the candidate's credibility exceeds our expectations and for sure, the agreement is adjusted to the policies of our company's HRD. CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Maintains and increases customer loyalty by supporting customers from ordering through to delivery.
About the job:
- Performs order handling process including receipt of order, adjustments and cancelations. (50%)
- Builds strong customer relationships by proactively informing customers (internal/external) on concerns. (30%)
- Provides accurate, valid, and complete order information to the customer. (20%)
- Other duties as assigned.
- Education: Bachelor or university degree
- Experience: Up to one year of experience
- Knowledge in MS Office
