We offer you a fairly competitive salary that can be adjusted depending on the credibility you can contribute to our company. It typically ranges from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 and likely to change at any time. This salary negotiation must be agreed based on our company's HRD agreement.

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Learning Resource Development:
· Design, develop, and update learning resources and tools aimed at standardizing processes and ensuring quality across all markets.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, and regional stakeholders to align resources with organizational objectives and market-specific needs.
· Continuously research and evaluate potential new best practices and industry trends to enhance learning and development programs.
· Develop and maintain a Learning Management System (LMS) roadmap to support efficient delivery of training and learning materials.
2. Learning and Development Strategies:
· Collaborate with the head of Support, Learning, and Development to review, realign, and redesign learning and development strategies based on organizational functions, strategies, and global initiatives.
· Ensure learning programs are effective, engaging, and aligned with business goals and industry standards.
· Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in learning and development processes and methodologies.
3. Fitness Industry Knowledge:
· Possess a sound understanding of the key drivers in running a fitness facility and the challenges faced by franchisees.
· Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to incorporate into learning resources and programs.
4. Team Collaboration:
· Report directly to the head of Support, Learning, and Development, collaborating closely on strategic initiatives and projects.
· Work together with the Regional Learning Manager to ensure consistent and effective implementation of learning programs across markets.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, franchisees, and subject matter experts to gather content and insights for resource development.
5. Resource Development and Management:
· Take responsibility for resource development within the learning and development department.
· Develop and maintain a library of training materials, manuals, e-learning modules, videos, and job aids to support learning initiatives.
· Ensure resources are current, accurate, and aligned with brand standards and operational requirements. Always provide an “excellent” level of support for our franchisees’ needs for our clubs through regular club visits, coaching discussions, execution planning sessions, follow-up and consistent detailed feedback.
· Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, education, human resources, or a related field.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or a related role, preferably in the fitness industry.
· Experience working in the fitness industry with a strong understanding of key drivers in running a fitness facility.
· Proven experience in creating and implementing learning resources and tools.
· Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
· Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
· Strong facilitation skills, with experience in delivering training sessions and workshops.
· Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
· Fluency in English; bilingual language skills are a bonus.
