The initial salary that we can offer is quite competitive with a range of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000. If the credibility and experience that the candidate has exceeds the minimum criteria we need, the salary can change and adjusted according to the decisions of our company's HRD agreement.

Outsourced Doers is a rapidly growing provider of virtual assistant services, specializing in supporting entrepreneurs and businesses in the digital marketing space. We are seeking an experienced, high-performance Virtual Assistant Manager to join our team and help drive the success of our clients and virtual assistants. As a Virtual Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and managing a large team of remote virtual assistants based in the Philippines. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the highest quality of output and performance, while also fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.
- Oversee the performance and productivity of your team of virtual assistants, ensuring the delivery of exceptional results for our clients in Australia and the US.
- Monitor and enforce key performance indicators (KPIs) related to task completion, quality of output, time and attendance, proactivity, and effective communication.
- Conduct weekly 1:1 performance meetings with each virtual assistant, providing coaching, guidance, and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with the client experience team to address any client concerns, refunds, or escalations promptly.
- Identify and address any performance issues or concerns within your team, implementing performance improvement plans (PIPs) as needed.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members, prioritizing the best interests of our clients and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Continuously expand your knowledge of digital marketing best practices and industry trends to better support your team and clients.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of direct response marketing, lead generation, marketing funnels, marketing automation, email marketing, and marketing design.
- Previous experience in team leadership and management, preferably with remote virtual assistants or similar roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Experience with performance monitoring and management tools (e.g., ActivTrak).
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- A customer-centric mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional results for clients.
