We offer you a fairly competitive base salary of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 in average and can be adjusted according to the capabilities that you offer for our company and have been negotiated under HRD agreement.

Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree holder of either communications, business, marketing or advertising
● 3-5 years of direct, growth-focused experience in digital marketing
● Preferably with performance marketing experience in any of the following: Facebook, google, YouTube
● Strong verbal and written communication skills
● Strong command of English and Filipino
● Logical, accurate and detail oriented
● Has great organizational abilities
● Proficient computer skills including practical knowledge of PowerPoint & Excel functions such as pivot tables, index match, v-lookup
● Preferably with certificates in Google AdWords and Analytic
Job Description
● Develop strategic acquisition and retention activities to drive growth and maximize immediate and long-term ROI for e-commerce platform
● Lead ad and performance marketing campaigns end-to-end from conception to defining objectives, execution, tracking, and reporting
● Day-to-day management of online campaigns across channels including (but not limited to): paid social, paid search, content, organic, referral, email, and video
● Continuously test and optimize new channels, audiences, bidding strategies, visual creative, and copy
● Lead overall site conversion rate optimization and develop and optimize landing page strategy
● Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs to ensure marketing initiatives are driving profitable acquisition
● Use web analytics and business intelligence tools such as Google Analytics, Google Trends,
Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, Facebook Insights,
internal dashboards and other third-party tools to understand our customers and exploit those insights in growth campaigns.
● Think strategically, analytically, and creatively about new ways to reach customers and increase relevance
