Our company PLATINUM GROUP METALS CORPORATION is currently looking for candidates who are domiciled in Central Luzon, National Capital Reg & Calabarzon & Mimaropa and surrounding areas with minimum criteria Bachelor's/College Degree and experienced in the field of Engineering & Environmental, as well as behave in a disciplined and honest manner, to then be placed in the position of documentation specialist and be able to work in full time system.
In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

Job Role
Responsible for all the documentation processes of the company relative to the implementation of the Safety Management Systems and Operations
Duties and Responsibilities
Shall be in charge in updating the Company and Shipboard Procedures Manual based on approved revisions
Shall be in charge in the information dissemination for the revision made on CPM and SPM (Company and Shipboard Procedures Manual)
Shall assist the Designated Person Ashore (DPA) in scheduling and coordinating the Internal and External Audits of the Company
Shall be in charge in the documentation and dissemination of the reported nonconformance (NC) and deficiencies
Shall be in charge of the safe keeping of all relative to International Safety Management (ISM) implementation
Shall assist in the documentation required by the company relative to shipping operations
Qualifications
Graduate of any BS Degree in any field
With at least two (2) years of experience in International Safety Management (ISM) implementation
With experience in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Must be willing to work Mondays – Fridays in Paranaque City, Metro Manila
