Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Participates in the design of quality forms and standards.
- Source new products.
- Negotiate with suppliers to get the best product at the best prices.
- Product Research
- Product sourcing and negotiations.
- Research new markets.
- Responsible for air and ocean freight with our forwarder.
- Answer customer email.
- Sending out products to customers.
- Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries.
- Researching required information using available resources.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problems.
- Maintenance for all brands and products as required.
- Maintain quality control and ensure content is correct and error-free.
- Amazon account management and back-end work.
- Category analysis and keyword research.
- Product Listing
- Creating and using bulk upload files.
- Content creation – utilizing client assets.
- A+ content
- Storefront – design and build.
- Handling of seller support issues.
- Raising cases
- Product approvals
- Checking and reporting on Amazon account metric issues.
- Inventory planning
- Reporting
- Stock
- Revenue
- Advertising
- Shipment Creation
Qualifications
- Above average written and spoken English.
- With demonstrable experience in eCommerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify, Stitch Labs, Magento, etc.
- Working knowledge of different eCommerce tools like FBA Toolkit, Helium 10, etc.
- Must have actual experience in eCommerce Listing and CSR.
- Willing to work in any shift schedule.
- Can work onsite.
- Willing to work on weekends and Holidays.
