We have specific requirements for each of our employees as well as potential workers, because we are a professional and knowledgeable business in the field we work in. We are interested in hearing from you as soon as possible if you have expertise in the fields Admin/Human Resources & Human Resources and possess a Bachelor's/College Degree or higher.
We offer you a fairly competitive salary that can be adjusted depending on the credibility you can contribute to our company. It typically ranges from ₱15,000 - ₱18,000 and likely to change at any time. This salary negotiation must be agreed based on our company's HRD agreement.

Responsible in performing a variety of Employee Relations tasks that includes observing legal safety regulations, adhering to Philippine general labor standards, helps prevent and resolve problems or disputes between employees and management, deals with employee misconduct, resolving ongoing conflicts, administering case hearing, and assist in creating and enforcing policies that are fair and consistent for everyone in the workplace.
- ER Case Investigation, Documentation and Counseling
- Drafting of Memo and other official announcements
- Clearance Processing and Exit Interviews
- File and Record Maintenance
- Unemployment and Employment Verification
- Support assistance to HR Manager
- Communicate policies and procedures pertaining to Human Resources, Compensation and Benefits
- Must be a graduate of BS in HR, Psychology, Business Administration.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience handling Employee Relations role.
- In-depth knowledge of local laws, labor standard and procedures and other relevant regulatory standards.
- Can present a professional appearance and demeanor
- Can maintain confidentiality.
- Can create good incident reports, notices, and announcements.
- Can work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Well-versed in MS Office tools and has a background of HRIS.
- Willing to work in Mandaue City.
- Can start as soon as possible.
