We give priority to candidates who are experienced in the field of Accounting/Finance & Corporate Finance/Investment with a minimum Bachelor's Degree. In addition, we also prioritize candidates who are professional at work, uphold honesty, discipline in responsibility, and are capable to complete their task as well as possible.

We are offering a salary of ₱80,000 - ₱100,000 for this position for interested candidates. However, this salary range can be negotiated and changed if the candidate's credibility exceeds our expectations and for sure, the agreement is adjusted to the policies of our company's HRD. Job Description:

  1. Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts. Conduct financial analysis to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
  2. Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to the executive team, board of directors, and external stakeholders. Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and reporting standards.
  3. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage financial risks. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  4. Treasury Management: Oversee cash flow management, liquidity, and capital allocation. Manage banking relationships and negotiate terms with financial institutions.
  5. Investment Management: Develop and execute investment strategies to maximize returns while managing risks. Monitor and evaluate investment portfolios and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
  6. Financial Operations: Provide leadership and guidance to the finance department, including accounting, tax, audit, and financial systems. Ensure efficient and effective financial processes and systems are in place.
  7. Compliance and Regulation: Stay updated on financial regulations and compliance requirements. Ensure the organization adheres to relevant laws and regulations.
  8. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives. Provide financial insights and guidance to support strategic decision-making.


  1. Education: A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field is typically required. A master’s degree in business administration (MBA) or finance is highly desirable.
  2. Professional Experience: Extensive experience in progressively responsible finance roles, including senior-level positions. Previous experience as a finance director, controller, or chief financial officer (CFO) is often required. Industry-specific experience may be preferred.
  3. Financial Expertise: Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial analysis techniques. Familiarity with financial regulations, compliance requirements, and risk management strategies.
  4. Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and provide financial insights to support decision-making at the executive level. Experience in developing and executing financial strategies aligned with business goals.
  5. Leadership and Management Skills: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a finance team. Strong managerial and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  6. Communication and Presentation: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner to non-financial stakeholders.
  7. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify financial issues, analyze data, and develop effective solutions.
  8. Integrity and Ethical Standards: High ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining the confidentiality and accuracy of financial information.
