Our company is currently seeking employees to fill the position as Financial Solutions Consultant (Bancassurance Sales). For those of you who live in Benguet (Baguio City), Tarlac, Zambales (Olongapo City), South Cotabato (Gen San), Cebu (Others), Makati City, Manila City, Quezon City, Misamis Occidental & Negros Occidental (Others) and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join and becoming a part of our company to work in our office, Prime Manpower (A ManpowerGroup Affiliate), and able to work under full time system.

If you are experienced in the field of Sales/Marketing & Sales - Financial Services with a minimum degree of Not Specified, professional, honest and disciplined in work, we look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.

The average starting salary we can offer you is in the range of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000. If you have credibility beyond the minimum criteria we are looking for, the provisions regarding the average initial salary we offer may change according to our company HRD agreement.

Job Summary:

• Responsible for overall delivery of sales performance and acquisition of new business

• Retention of quality business for the assigned branch and area

• Entails implementation of strategic initiatives to build and maintain cordial business relationship with bank partners and to grow and retain dedicated sales distribution model.

Key Accountabilities:

• Offering of FWD’s Traditional and Variable products to Security Bank clients

• Establishing a good relationship with Security Bank in order to produce lead generations

Skills & Experience Required:

• At least bachelor’s degree graduate

• Minimum 1-3 years solid sales and account management experience from insurance or banking & finance industry, sales industry, hospitality industry, pharmaceutical industry, telecommunication industry.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• High degree of energy, motivation and ability to set own goals/priorities.

• Sustained superior sales production record.

• Highly effective oral, written and interpersonal communication, presentation and influencing skills.

• FRESH GRADUATES OF BUSINESS COURSE/CAREER SHIFTERS THAT HAS SALES OR CUSTOMER SERVICE BACKGROUND ARE ACCEPTED.
