We are hiring for the position of GIS Analyst with full time working hours for our company office, Smartsourcing, for residents of Cebu (Cebu City) and its neighboring areas.

Candidates with expertise in Sales/Marketing & Marketing/Business Dev and at least a Not Specified or higher are highly needed. The candidates criteria we are looking for must be trustworthy and disciplined, because our business values a professional and competitive work environment.

Our company provides a competitive salary range of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000, which can be adjusted at the discretion of HRD in our company. This range naturally varies depending on how proficient the candidate credibility can be offered.

As Property and Development Support,

You will be responsible for supporting the Property and Development Manager in various tasks, such as preparing and maintaining property and development documents, such as contracts, leases, invoices, and reports, amongst other things.

Some of the things we’d expect you to do are to…

  • Map and identify potential locations suitable for pubs/restaurants.

  • Assess x geographic areas per week, providing a report detailing suitable land parcels and/ or liquor.

  • Identify landlord and/ or operator for communication.

  • Issue communications to landlord/operator.

  • Pass on all responses to the team for action.

  • Maintain a detailed schedule of all leases, and issue Asana tasks, communications and reminders for dates (upcoming renewals, anniversaries, expiries) as per a pre-defined set of rules.

  • Follow up on all tasks required under the lease for commencement of trade and receipt of contributions.

  • Prepare basic desktop information on the proposed location.

  • Input into SHG template report format.

  • Receive all comms on new franchise leads and enter into CRM.

  • Issue template communications to the new leads.

  • Monitor the success of marketing campaigns and send regular reports on status.

  • Draft marketing content (EDMs etc) for review and distribution by the team.

  • Administer and process invoices for all construction projects, based on instructions of the team.

  • Issue invoices to the landlord for contribution payments.

  • Keep cost reports up to date.

  • Keep a summary dashboard of all projects updated and distributed weekly.

  • Undertake document management, to ensure correct versions of documents are provided to all stakeholders.

  • Assist in sourcing and procurement of fixtures and materials based on team scope/ instructions.

  • General administration including coordinating and booking meetings.

We would need you to be or have the following…

  • Proficient with Google Maps, Google Earth, QGIS

  • Familiar with Asana, the project management tool.

  • At least one year of experience in a similar role or in the property and development industry.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and other computer applications.
