Our company, Maxicare Healthcare Corporation is currently opening occasion for those of you who are interested in becoming a part of our company specifically Cebu (Others), Makati City, Quezon City & San Juan City and its surrounding areas. For those of you who are interested to be a part of our company with the position of Helpdesk Specialist and able to work in the WFO (Work From Office) system with full time working hours.

We offer you a fairly competitive base salary of ₱15,000 - ₱18,000 in average and can be adjusted according to the capabilities that you offer for our company and have been negotiated under HRD agreement.

Requirements:
- Graduate of BS Nursing or any related course such as Pharmacy, Radiology Tech., Medical Tech., Psychology, and other related medical allied course
Responsibilities:
- Issues Letter of Authority after assessment of coverage, professionally explains non-coverage rationale to members
- Responds inquiries and complaints, resolves customers’ feedback and issues raised regarding handling time and waiting time
- Encodes manual LOAs within the issuing day through automated data system of Maxicare
- Secures overriding approval from the Helpdesk Supervisor for LOAs beyond Helpdesks CCS authority limits
- Provides support the Immediate Superior on Follow-up On-site Orientation and training especially to the new CCRS, as well as in preparing and submitting reports on census, decking of doctors, POS queue reports and manual LOA reports

Maxicare opened its Cebu Sales office
Maxicare opened Primary Care Centers in St Lukes Medical Center and Cebu Dictor's Inc
2006- Equitable PCIB merge with BDO
Maxicare opened Delos Santos Medical Center PrimaryCare Center
2007- Maxicare launched its premium and platinum cards
Maxicare was acquired by Pin-An Holdings of the Antonio Go Group of Companies.
2008- Maxicare opened its Filomena Primary Care Center located in AMkati City
2009- Maxicare opened its 8th Primary Care Center in My Health Clinic, Festival Super Mall, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
2010- Maxicare opened Primary Care Centers at St Luke's Medical Center - Global City and Quezon City, My Health Clinic- Robinson's Cybergate (Cebu)
