The competitive net salary we can offer is start from ₱16,000 to a maximum of ₱38,000, depending on the capability of the candidate and can be discussed with the HRD of our company.

The main role is to design and manage the employee relations programs that ensure fair treatment among employees and effective communication between employees and management. The role also implements workplace learning and development programs to ensure Organizational performance.


Employee Relations

  • Designs and reviews employee relations programs and processes to safe keep proactive, fair, and consistent approach, by ensuring smooth and fair implementation of Company Policies, and by conducting needed policy reviews and updates.
  • Assists HRA Division Head in establishing, reviewing, and revising a policy frameworks related to Code of Conduct and Discipline, to ensure that said policy is updated and aligned with the Company’s visions and values.
  • Maintains harmonious workplace environment by administering and interpreting various labor agreements, administering grievance procedures, and providing employee relations support during contract negotiation with third parties such as Manpower Agencies
  • Provides advice and counsel to managers and relevant employees regarding labor practices, policies, and employment laws, by attending regular meetings and discussions to ensure labor compliance
  • Ensures application of good judgement, timely and effective communication by conducting investigations on complaints and internal claims, and communication with involved parties throughout the due process;

Employee Development

  • Develops workforce by providing well-thought training programs to ensure policy enforcement and to address workplace issues through one-on one, group, or team sessions
  • Spearheads and supervises the conduct of training needs analysis
  • Spearheads and supervises design and improvement of learning and development programs based on Company and employee needs
  • Implements employee engagement strategies that cover talent systems, mentoring programs, succession planning, and other programs necessary to ensure Company’s full performance
  • Works with the Department Heads in determining individual learning initiatives to ensure that talents get needed resources and information to effectively lead the organization towards achieving strategic goals; Coordinates with Department Managers to establish Yearly departmental Training Budget and keep all the learning programs within the budget and has its corresponding return on investment
  • Manages the creation of internal Company career path by identifying high potential individuals, determining work abilities, and providing professional support needed to engage and retain talent
  • Manages the designing, execution and evaluation of all learning and development programs to ensure each program is effective and up to date
  • Other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.


  • College graduate with a degree in Human Resource Management or any related field
  • Preferably 4 years of work experience as Employee Relations and Training Supervisor or 2 years as Employee Relations and Training Managers
  • Excellent oral and written Communications skills, Problem Solving & Decision Making, Planning & Organizing, Self-Management, Innovation
  • Data Management Analysis, Relationship Building and Change Initiation
  • Critical Thinking Skills, Negotiating Skills, Conflict management, Collaborative Leadership, Program Management, People Development
  • Government Labor Policies and Updates, Policy Formulation, Training Module Designs, Group Dynamics
  • Disciplined, Creative in Thinking (think out of the box); Trustworthy, Fair
  • Always read news and current events; Actively listens to others, Observant, Multi-tasking, Handles pressure well, Coordinates with different employees frequently
  • HRC System (HR Manager Tab, Workflow Approver), Learning Management System (if applicable), Microsoft Office (especially power point)
