The starting salary we can offer is in a range from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000, this salary range that we offer is negotiable can change at any time according to our HRD's decision depending on the capability of the candidate can offered for our company.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure process compliance and alignment across all processes
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) of processes
- Responsible in ensuring completion, distribution of leads to the available resources
- Determine and ensure resolution of any processing and quality challenges and gaps
- Act as a liaison between candidates and other teams
Qualifications
- Open to undergraduates with relevant experience
- With at least 3-4 years relevant work experience in Recruitment (Sourcing/Candidate Management)
- Supervisory experience is not required.
- Knowledge in Excel is desired
