The initial salary that we can offer is quite competitive with a range of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000. If the credibility and experience that the candidate has exceeds the minimum criteria we need, the salary can change and adjusted according to the decisions of our company's HRD agreement.

Accenture in the Philippines is currently looking for Recruitment Managers who will be responsible in performing the following day-to-day tasks:
- Provide Analysis and Fulfillment Strategy to the business, stakeholder management, team management.
- Project Management: – capacity planning – issues and risk monitoring and management. – manage core metrics of cluster on overdue, ageing of bench, roll-offs, hiring orders – attends IG operations meetings and report status of demand fulfillment strategy of cluster (~3 to 4 IGs).
- Collaborates with IG leads, capability teams, and recruiting leads.
- Understand skills needed and roadmap of technology.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s Degree Holder, preferably Psychology, Human Resource or IT
- With at least 6-7 years of Recruitment experience
- With at least 5-7 years Stakeholder management experience
- With at least 3-4 years Managerial experience
- Must have Planning, Strategic, Resource Management
- Reports and Data Analysis (how to read data in Power Bi and Excel
