We are hiring for candidates in the residents of Calabarzon & Mimaropa and the surrounding regions, we are open recruitment for the positions as Human Resources Officer in our business office, Authentic Caps Distribution Inc..

Candidates with a Bachelor's/College Degree or even higher and greatly experienced in Admin/Human Resources & Human Resources are especially required. We can offer you a salary that is generally between ₱25,000 - ₱28,000, which is competitive and reasonable. But no need to be worry! If you are beyond our expectations and dedicated to bringing our company to be much better with the credibility that you can offer, the salary range is negotiable and also can be changed according to our company HRD agreement.

  • Supervises all training and organizational development requirements, including handling of all phases of the training cycle
  • Facilitates company orientation to all newly hired employees
  • Supervises and monitors training and development activities
  • Analyzes employees’ training needs and administers corresponding survey needed
  • Recommends and prepares employee training programs as well as its materials needed
  • Prepares and organizes training materials for scheduled trainings and seminars
  • Maintains and updates various training materials, hand-outs and modules
  • Evaluates training reports and endorses proper action to the management pertaining to the result of the training program
  • Coordinates with various training service providers for future in-house and external trainings and seminars
  • Coaches managers and officers on performance management issues and processes
  • Supervises administration of performance appraisal
  • Monitors evaluation and submission of periodic performance appraisal
  • Supervises employees’ regularization and promotions
  • Develops employee recognition and rewards programs
  • Assists in all company-related activities and events e.g. company outings, sports fest, team buildings, parties, etc.     
  • Performs other tasks assigned by the Immediate Superior/s from time to time


  • Implements and monitors employee adherence to company policies
  • Ensures strict compliance of all employees to company policies and procedures
  • Prepares and issues administrative and disciplinary related memorandum
  • Metes out the necessary disciplinary actions for all infractions made in accordance within the Code of Conduct
  • Conducts investigation and administrative hearing
  • Recommends and administers necessary and approved disciplinary actions to erring employees
  • Gathers facts, reviews citations and disciplinary actions and make recommendations
  • Conducts in-depth exit interviews for resigning employees
  • Facilitates other administrative HR functions such as release of relevant memoranda and reports
  • Development of system and policy
  • Guides and supervises the provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs within the company
  • Recommends improvements to systems, policies and procedures within the company
  • Development and implementation of policies relating to the effective use of personnel within the company
  • Attends to DOLE requirements
  • Receipt of notices and list of documents to be submitted
  • Consolidation of all requirements
  • Attendance of summons
  • Performs other tasks assigned by the Immediate Superior/s from time to time
