Robinsons Supermarket Corporation has open a job vacancy for the domicile of Cavite and surrounding areas as mall marketing officer - imus, cavite with full time work system which will then be placed in our company office.
The candidates we need are those who have the minimum criteria of Bachelor's/College Degree and experienced and have the integrity to work in the field of Sales/Marketing & Marketing/Business Dev.

As a professional company, we offer a competitive monthly base salary ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 which can be adjusted by the decision of our HRD company and adjusts to the capabilities of the candidate offers for our company.

The Mall Marketing Officer is responsible for mall marketing plans and programs concept and implementation, ensuring that all mall marketing initiatives drives mall profitability, drives foot traffic and sales.
1. MARKETING PLAN AND PROJECTS CONCEPTUALIZATION
1.1 Initiates projects and activities that support marketing strategies & objectives.
1.2 Conceptualizes mall marketing programs and develops comprehensive concept paper, work plan and budget for approval.
1.3 Creates and presents a comprehensive calendar of activities including organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling of work assignments.
1.4 Plans and implements the calendar of promos including detailed mechanics and budget for expenses.
2. MARKETING PLAN AND PROJECTS IMPLEMENTATION
2.1 Executes planned projects, coordinates with other departments and/or other BU’s to solicit support.
2.2 Coordinates with third-party suppliers regarding the production and installation of promotional collaterals, events execution and other logistical promo requirements like applying for DTI permits.
2.3 Handles all mall marketing activities and ensures mall profitability, drives foot traffic and sales.
2.4 Works with Marketing Services Manager, Assistant Marketing Services Manger for Mall Division and Mall Managers to achieve mall marketing goals and objectives.
3. PROJECT STANDARDS & ACCOUNTABILITY
3.1 Monitors expenses and ensures proper execution of planned projects in a timely manner and within budget.
3.2 Prepares and processes documents needed for the implementation of the project such as cash advances, promo sheets, purchase requisitions and request for payments, liquidates and files them accordingly.
3.3 Distributes and monitors all mall collaterals and other related logistics (before and during the project), secures all excess premiums with proper inventory and submits to AMM for Mall Division.
3.4 Analyzes performance of all programs to determine efficiency and effectiveness (e.g., measure sales/redemption and customer feedback).
3.5 Follows policies and procedures, completes projects with integrity and with high standards in work output and efficiency.
3.6 Commands ownership of the project and all accountabilities related to it.
4. SUPPLIER RELATIONSHIP
4.1 Ensures timely and clear coordination with suppliers giving enough lead time to secure quality products / services rendered.
4.2 Ensures proper endorsement to Procurement for negotiation and supplier agreement.
4.3 Monitors and evaluates supplier / agency performance versus commitment.
4.4 Accomplishes request for payments and meets commitments without delay.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Administration (major in Marketing Management) or its equivalent
- Must have at least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
