Our company offers competitive salary that can be adjusted to how skilled the capability of interested candidates will be, with monthly base salary ₱70,000 - ₱100,000 in accordance with the decisions of our company's HRD.

The Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the team/s under his/ her supervision, ensuring the delivery of services in accordance with the GSSC’s Service Level Agreement (SLA) and/ or KPIs with the Business.
What you will be doing:
- Ensure that the team under his/ her supervision and its staff are meeting their KPIs/ SLAs. Prepare timely and accurate monthly management and reports related to the performance of the team under supervision. Prepare, review, and discuss business reports for the divisions/ offices supported in accordance with the team’s Service Level Agreements.
- Manage, motivate, and develop the team, which includes regular coaching, performance appraisals, and discussion of staff’s individual development plan.
- Ensure that the team has a sound resiliency plan, including a working back-up system and complete and updated process documentations
- Develop and roll-out continuous improvements projects within the processes
- Ensure that the internal controls under his/ her supervision are in compliance with IFRS, Stolt Nielsen’s policies and procedures, and/or with the applicable GAAP, and statutory requirements
- Build and sustain good relationship with the customers and counterparts
- Handle other tasks assigned from time to time. This may include projects related to migrations, improvement, or other business initiatives.
What you will bring along:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
- CPA required
- At least 6 years combined working experience with 4 years relevant experience in Payroll
- Shared Service Center experience
