The initial salary that we can offer is quite competitive with a range of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000. If the credibility and experience that the candidate has exceeds the minimum criteria we need, the salary can change and adjusted according to the decisions of our company's HRD agreement.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Marketing, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
- Proven work experience in Marketing field.
- Excellent in communication and people skills
- Has solid knowledge and understanding of market research techniques
- Thorough knowledge of social media and web analytics
- Full-Time position(s) available.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Research and analyses market trends, competitor offerings, demographics and other information that affects marketing strategies
- Uses research findings and analysis to provide direction to marketing managers regarding upcoming marketing projects, new products or services, and overall strategy
- Identifies areas for improvement in product offerings, sales tactics, marketing strategy, and promotional activities.
- Support the marketing manager in overseeing the department’s operations
- Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness
- Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media (social, print, etc.)
- Liaise with stakeholder and vendors to promote success of activities and enhance the company’s presence
