Our company is currently seeking employees to fill the position as Marketing Officer. The average starting salary we can offer you is in the range of ₱30,000 - ₱35,000. If you have credibility beyond the minimum criteria we are looking for, the provisions regarding the average initial salary we offer may change according to our company HRD agreement.

Our company is growing and we are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our Marketing Team.

**Marketing Officer

  • Prepare and manage POP campaign budget and tracking of pre and post campaign.
  • Ensure effective and efficient execution of marketing programs at store level.
  • Coordinate with brand, media and digital marketing team for consistent messaging across all platforms.
  • Develop creative guidelines for campaigns and ensure accurate job order management and timelines.
  • Evaluate, review and write post campaign evaluation with recommendation and troubleshooting.
  • Create, collaborate and develop innovation campaign and promo for execution.
  • Spearheads, manage and coordinate tie-up, sponsorship and collaborations
  • Ensures stores’ implementation of marketing projects and their adherence to standard procedures by conducting store visit and marketing review.
  • Actively monitor project status, prepare reports and document follow-up actions as appropriate with timely escalation of issues

**Local Store Marketing Officer

  • Manages store requests through effectively and efficiently cost and project management.
  • Develops and manages local-store marketing promos and works together with operations to evaluate and provide recommendations for store-level marketing activities. The recommendations for activities are done with ample information of the trade area and possible channels to develop.  
  • Conceptualize marketing plans and programs, and enhances existing programs, by studying the trade area, sales trending and the needs of the store to find effective ways of improving sales for a specific store or segment.
  • Ensures stores’ implementation of marketing projects and their adherence to standard procedures by conducting store visit and marketing review.
  • Evaluates, reviews and writes the post evaluation report with activities done with the stores; New Store Opening, Local Store Marketing activities, Sponsorships and other activities.
  • Coordinates with mall admin and other partners for LSM needs as required.
  • Coordinates with different sections to ensure the successful implementation of store opening deliverables not limited to the signages, murals, programs and new store awareness efforts 

Job Qualifications

  • Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent
  • Experience in the food industry is required.
  • 3- 5 years’ work experience in Marketing.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Willing to be assigned in Makati City and can start ASAP
