Our company is currently seeking employees to fill the position as Office Admin Staff (Urgent Hire). The average starting salary we can offer you is in the range of ₱21,000 - ₱24,000. If you have credibility beyond the minimum criteria we are looking for, the provisions regarding the average initial salary we offer may change according to our company HRD agreement.

- Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, or related course
- With at least 2 years working experience as Admin Staff
- Knowledgeable in Admin-related tasks.
- Proficient in using MS Office
- Ensure deadlines are met with accuracy
- Can work under pressure, and is Willing to do Field Work.
- Flexible, detail-oriented and an efficient worker in a fast-paced office environment
- With excellent oral and communication skills,
Duties and Responsibilities
- assitant to process business related licenses.
- monitoring and basic maintenance of all office equirments and facilities, including computers, cctvs, broken furniture, busted lights, etc.
- Oversee all maintenance works and maintenance personnel
- Monitoring and implementing all building and company processes
- Order office supplies and look for suppliers.
- Coordination and alignment of Third Party agencies such as but not limited to the Suppliers, Security Guards, Janitorial/Maintenance services, etc.
- Assist in preparation of company events.
- Perform other related tasks from time to time.
