We offer you a fairly competitive base salary of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 in average and can be adjusted according to the capabilities that you offer for our company and have been negotiated under HRD agreement.

Job Description
● Perform administrative tasks as required to operate the technology-enabled product (e.g.:
collecting feedback and monitoring usage, prepare sales analysis, etc.)
● Closing leads endorsed from the acquisition team
● Act as the frontline for questions by clients and other teams related to the product
● Review operational processes and propose interventions for operational efficiency
● Develop and manage business intelligence/data dashboard
● Monitor KPIs
● Propose retention and risk mitigation experiments as we gather more learnings on
customer experience
● Report Operational performance to the leadership teamare submitted for payment
