We are looking for candidates who uphold honesty and discipline at work, with minimum criteria Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree & Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), experienced in Manufacturing & Purchasing/Material Mgmt and domiciled in National Capital Reg and surrounding areas.

Our company offers competitive salary that can be adjusted to how skilled the capability of interested candidates will be, with monthly base salary ₱22,000 - ₱35,000 in accordance with the decisions of our company's HRD.

Job Description:

Intelassist Inc. is looking for a Procurement Specialist who will be responsible for conducting market research, trends, maintaining good relationships with the clients and vendors. Ensuring that the purchased product will meet the company needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs.
  • Research potential vendors and ensure that all orders received are accurate and free of damage.
  • Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders.
  • Update internal database with order details.
  • Prepare cost analysis, Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices.
  • Work closely with relevant departments to ensure products purchased are in line with the needs of the company.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and related courses.
  • Has atleast 3 years work experience in retail purchases for the company.
  • Experienced in BPO is a plus.
  • With strong attention to details and organizational skills
  • Ability to perform in a fast – paced environments
  • With excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in using different Microsoft applications.
