What you will do:
- Manages Product Support Team and ensures that POS product codes are accurately set-up and assigned in appropriate salesrooms within agreed SLA
- Regularly reviews product codes to ensure that inactive campaign codes are deactivated
- Documents all rules and processes related to product code set up
- Reviews current process and implements improvements to make it more efficient and creates control measures in the entire product set-up process to minimize or eliminate errors
- Ensures that all settlement concerns (incorrect subsidies for retailers and brand partners) are addressed and closed in the shortest possible time and informs/updates all concerned teams/departments on status of actions being taken until issues are finally closed.
- Monitors all campaign validity dates and reminds Key Account and Brands Team on expiring contracts
- Reports incidents to POC for THOR
- Assists different scrum teams which require help in product codes set up requirements and testing
- Orients other concerned teams/department on product set up process and guidelines
What you should have:
- At least 5 years working experience in any system set up
- Practical experience in using SQL
- Excellent computer skills (MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint)
