QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The role is in support of the managing of multiple projects under the PD function. It is intended to support the PD Manager in ensuring the delivery of studies, reports and other identified deliverables to achieve the overall KRAs of the team.
- Support the launch of a new or expanded projects
- Creation of project financial runs
- Distribution of project price lists and payment terms
- Uploads and updates project pricing and payment terms to the SAP system
- Document Management for assigned projects
- Conducting regular market research and competitor scans
- Development of project brief and fact sheets
- Creation of project orientation materials and pricing models related to the assigned project
- Prepares PV evaluation sheets
- Reviews and evaluates all projects requests and processing of project documents
- Coordination with other departments or project team
