REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Engineering or any related field
- With 10 or more years of experience in entire software development life cycle with 7 or more years of experience in Project Management.
- Prior experience in relation to the field of Banking & Finance or Cards and Payment systems will be considered as an added advantage.
- Has an ability to guide and inspire team members to meet tight deadlines within budget and highest quality.
- PMP Certification or other projects or project management qualification is preferred.
- Skilled both in Agile and Hybrid (Agile-waterfall) methodologies.
- Willing to work in Makati City
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible of managing and delivering projects on time, on budget and with quality.
- Providing project leadership throughout the project planning, implementation and post-launch support.
- Should be able to review of data collected through requirement gathering sessions, analyzing important business data and presenting the Software Requirement Specification, User Manuals & Change Request Forms.
- Should be comfortable with working on both technical and business matters.
- Ensuring resource availability and effect resource allocation for the project.
- Adhering to Project Management discipline and standards, should be able to provide Input and insight for improvement as necessary.
- Coordinating and leading Business Analysis Compliance Checking, obtaining Software
- Requirement Specification and Customer Acceptance signoffs.
- Should be an effective communicator and problem solver.
- Should be able to work with different levels of stakeholders and maintain a good relationship.
