We offer a competitive monthly base salary from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000.

Due to prioritize professionalism in the work environment, the salary can be adjusted upon compromise with our company's HRD according to the capabilities of the candidate.

It started as a small enterprise and has vastly grown and expanding communities. JBI alone was able to build and sold more than 100 middle-class housing units in St. Catherine Subdivision in Paranaque with a total contract price ranging from 1.8M to 4M.

SIMPLICIO R. YUTERO, JR. CONSTRUCTION SERVICES (SRY) is a business entity with office address at 19E Jumbo St, Airmens Village, Pulang Lupa II, Las Pinas City, developed & sold 6 units of Townhouses each in Manuela IV Subdivision and Airmens Village both in Las Pinas, respectively. Likewise 16 Units of Kathleen Townhouse in Henares St, BF Homes, Paranaque were constructed & sold with a TCP ranging from 2.5M to 3.3M. Currently, SRY’s projects are Kathleen Place 3 in Ermin Garcia St., Cubao, Quezon City, 28 3-storey residential units which has a contract price ranges from 6M to 9M, 6 units of Townhouse at Airmens Village, Las Piñas City. 15 units of Townhouse at Manila Doctor’s Village, Las Piñas City.

On June 14, 2006, JEIKA PROPERTIES CORP. (JPC) was organized to handle our high-end projects. Its first venture in this particular segment is the development of a property known as Kathleen Place located along Fernando St. in Pasay City. It comprises of 5 clusters - 32 units of 3-storey residential building with selling price ranging from 4.9M to 6.5M. Likewise, JPC also acquired a one (1) hectare property along P. Diego Cera Ave., Pulanglupa and was aptly called Jeanette Gardens Subdivision (JG1). JG1 consists of ten (10) 3-storey commercial units and ninety (90) 2-storey residential units. After the success of Jeanette Gardens 1 (JG1), JPC launched Jeanette Gardens 2 (JG2) project along Naga Road, Pulanglupa also in Las Piñas City. The said project consists of eleven (11) 3-storey commercial units and eighty two (82) 2-storey residential units.

Due to the demand of more quality projects from our business partners, JPC launched another project in Paranaque City known as Millbrae Estate Subdivision located in Barangay Marcelo Green Village consisting of 77 Kathleen Townhouse and 24 Kathleen Single Attached units of 2-storey residential building.

Moreover, it was evident that JPC’s housing project developments were concentrated within Metro Manila and the potential of property development adjacent to Metro Manila such as Cavite paved the way for the development of a 4-hectare property in Bacoor, Cavite to be called Patricia Executive Village (PEV). PEV is the first project of JPC outside of Metro Manila where the 170 single attached housing units was constructed with complete amenities such as clubhouse with swimming pool and function areas, basketball court and cctv cameras.

JPC’s newest project is KATHLEEN PLACE 4. Consisting of fifteen (15) parcels of land with an aggregate land area of Eighty Six Thousand Five Hundred Seventy Six (86,576) square meters more or less 717 2-storey residential housing units with complete amenities such as multi-purpose clubhouse, swimming pool, basketball court, entrance gate and guardhouse. Particularly located in Barangay San Bartolome, Novaliches,Quezon City.

742 2-storey residential townhouse units shall be constructed on a typical lot area of 60 sq.m. with the house area of 90 sq.m. The said unit consist of three (3) bedrooms, two (2) toilet & bath, with one (1) car garage secured with fence and steel gate. Estimated date of completion of the proposed project is by the year 2024.
