Job Description
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Promoting and marketing the projects of Greenfield through advertisements, attendance to sales-related events, and participation in various sales and marketing initiatives
- Prospecting for clients
- Manning project exhibit booths
- Conducting project presentations and site trips
- Attending to inquiries, requests, and concerns of potential and existing buyers
- Maintaining knowledge of market trends as well as sales and marketing best practices
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of a 2 or 4 year course or completed at least 72 units in college
- Experience in sales, marketing, and/or other related field is preferred but not required
- With or without selling experience
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good platform/presentation skills
- Customer service oriented
- Amenable work in Greenfield District, Mandaluyong City or Greenfield City, Sta. Rosa
